Ofer joined L&S in 2023 as a Senior Managing Director.  Having significant experience in the industry, Ofer focuses on relationship management and business development for high-net-worth individuals and families.  Ofer also helps L&S bring a holistic and comprehensive approach to wealth management by bringing expertise in Financial Planning including Estate, Gift, Tax, Insurance and Marital planning as well.

Prior to joining L&S, Ofer was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch and UBS, and a wealth advisor with Mercer Advisors and First Foundation.  Later, Ofer worked at a Los Angeles based RIA where he was responsible for developing new business.

Ofer graduated with honors from UCLA in 1995 and has 20 years of experience in the investment management field.   He is also a member of AIPAC and the Solomon Society.  Ofer holds a Series 65 Securities license.

On the personal side

Ofer lives in Orange County and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, hiking, dining out, the arts, and reading (mainly historical fiction).

Ofer grew up in Israel but frequently traveled internationally as a dancer in a Tel-Aviv based Israeli folk dance company.
